Urban Rebounding Workout DVD, Compilation 1

Rebounding is Fun
I just got this in the mail today. I've had a mini-trampoline for many years and have always loved messing around on it, but I'm the type of person who benefits from instruction. I am glad to see these workouts.

They tell you to use their Urban Rebounder, but my no-name model from Sears works fine. I don't know if I could add the stability bar on to it, but I don't think I'll need to use that.

I started at the beginning and did the first workout: First-Timers. It was so difficult I couldn't believe it. They slowed everything down so much that it was no fun and I was completely out of breath. I had to take jogging breaks to catch my breath. However, the First-Timers workout only needs to be gone through one time, if that. I think you can learn all the basics from the second workout: The Basic.

The Basic workout was really fun and up to tempo (unlike the First-Timers). It was exactly what I was hoping for: a good workout on the mini-tramp. It...

A great beginning Rebounder DVD
I got this DVD when I first got the Urban Rebounder. Since I had nothing else to compare it to, I went with it. You MUST start at the beginning if you've never done this workout before. Even though the choreography is very basic, there's still lots of safety tips and basic moves that must be learned. I'm pleased to say after just one month of using my rebounder I was using the advanced routine. Each routine ends with strenth and ab work which I was not impressed with. However, the cardio portion is well worth the money. After three months of the advanced routine, I got bored! Luckily, there are more compilations. Even though I liked compilation 3 better, I'm glad I started with #1 simply for the more complete instruction.

Yay for Urban Rebounding!
I use the urban rebounder every day! The first compliation is not my favorite. However, it does deliever the basic essentials to learning how the rebounder works.

First timers is a little rough until you learn what is going on. It moves very slow so be careful not to take the work out as serious as JB does. Move slow and just learn the correct postures. I'm a fast learner so I moved on to the Begginner work out on the second week of trying it out.

The basic bound is pretty good. It really gets you into it. I had alot of fun learning how to do everything right. not much else to say really, it's just a very basic workout.

Intermediate is my favorite! The music is awsome! I really love it and it gets me into the work out. If your exersice doesn't have good music it gets hard to want to keep going. JB did a great job on this video. I saw alot of results within a month of doing this work out.

I haven't moved on to the Advanced video yet, but I...
